Salter Grange is currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to support a leading Data Centre builder on a €350M project in Frankfurt.
The successful Mechanical Project Manager will work in a high-performing Engineering Team and be part of the delivery team from inception to completion.
Ideally, candidates will have boast experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager/Lead on Data Centre projects or large-scale industrial projects. In this role, you will oversee the installation/management of Mechanical systems on site, ensure site safety, drive a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental practices, manage project schedules and costs, coordinate subcontractors, and oversee day-to-day site operations.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:
Working directly with project teams to define project requirements and develop technical solutions. Provide off site technical support to construction teams on projects, with travel to sites also required
Develop and agree on design processes and design deliverables
Assist in the continual improvement of the QA System and execute project reviews
Provide technical support to the estimating, procurement, commercial, marketing and project bid teams
Lead Pre-Construction Engineering activities and the production of information including, design development, construction details, services coordination, technical submittals, sub-contracts, etc.
Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:
3-7 years’ experience required.
Strong technical ability in all aspects of Mechanical Services and Design including
Proven record with co-ordinating and managing large projects.
