Payroll Officer (FTC Until May 2025)
Our global client is looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their small team looking after their UK payroll. This fast-paced role sits within the HR function and requires a team-player with the highest attention to detail. Payroll Officer (FTC) Responsibilities
This is a fast-faced role which is responsible for:
End-to-end payroll for c.500 employees, including complex and varied employee allowances
Managing and resolving employee payroll queries
Maintaining float and salary advance information
Managing the P11D/PSA process
Reconciling wage accounts
Payroll Officer (FTC) Rewards
As well as being part of a supportive, fun and educated team of people you will also benefit from:

Payroll Officer (FTC) Experience Essentials
The ideal candidate will be accustomed to working in a busy and fast-paced role as well as having:
2 years + experience of end-to-end payroll within a large organisation looking after c.500 employees
Extensive knowledge of the compliance and legislation of payroll
Proficiency in MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail
A great attitude
Payroll Officer (FTC) Location
This position is based in offices in OX10, however there is hybrid working available with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. There is parking available on site.
Important information
This is a full-time FTC until May 2025
Working hours are generally 37.5 per week – typically 9am – 5pm. They can be flexible on start and finish times.
There may be occasional international travel with this role, to their larger events.
