In this hands on role you will support in the manufacturing of specialist equipment whilst also leading a team of Machinists and Programmers at the company's state of the art, modern facility.
This role would suit a CNC Machinist / Programmer looking to step up into a Lead role with market leader that provides specialist training and career progression into management.
The Role:
Key role in manufacturing specialist equipment.
Supporting management in leading the CNC team.
Specialist training opportunities.
Hands on, opportunity to progress into senior management.
The Person:
CNC milling / turning / programming background.
CAD / CAM knowledge advantageous.
Looking for further training and development.
Commutable to Wallingford.
