Summary:
SECURITY SUPERVISOR
SUMMARY
The Security Supervisor is responsible for the loss prevention functions of the casino complex, including company assets on the casino floor and simulcast area, as well as customer and team member security and safety.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures all applicable laws, rules and regulations of the company are firmly and fairly enforced.
Assists with investigations.
Supports the efficient operation of the Security Department shift assigned.
Ensures compliance with federal, state and company rules and regulations.
Identifies and controls risks and threats to the safety and assets of the company patrons and team members.
Detains persons for probable cause for the purpose of notifying law enforcement and/or state gaming officials.
Controls and maintains company-wide key controls throughout the property while on duty.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 19 years or older.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Previous experience in a casino resort preferred.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Associate degree in related field; or equivalent work experience.
Three (3) years of related work experience in Security field.
Certifications
Nebraska Gaming License

Reading Comprehension
