Acts is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Security Supervisor position located at our beautiful, gated community in Blue Bell, PA. This is a full-time opportunity with a schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 8am-4pm, but is also subject to change based on need.
In this role, you will be responsible to plan and direct the community's 24-hour security operation. Provides departmental leadership to ensure the security and safety of the community through adequate supervision, appropriate staffing, and carefully monitoring all security functions. Provides support during the evening and night hours to residents and employees.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of five years law enforcement, emergency service, or security experience is preferred
CPR, AED, & first aid certification is required (certification can either be completed prior to employment or within the 3-month introductory period)
Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
