Overview:
As a Reservations Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting in all facets of the reservation experience (up to and including but not limited to: booking, modifying, selling and cancelling) reservations and services for guests for the San Luis Hotel and Resort while providing exemplary customer service to ensure guest loyalty and increased profit margins.
Responsibilities:
Answering internal and external telephone calls in order to assist the caller with their inquiries and requests
Selling of additional Services and Upgrades to respective guests by presenting, promoting products /services
Maintain accurate guest records
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
Qualifications:
Possess excellent analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate
Have the ability to work efficiently, independently and cohesively, consistently producing quality results
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Prefer Hilton experience.
