Work for a membership organisation as a permanent Membership and Certification Officer.
Hybrid - Central London - £35,230 - permanent.
The Membership and Certification Officer will be responsible for…
Ongoing management and development of the organisations membership.
Ongoing management and development of the organisations certification programme.
Secretary to the organisations committee; liaising with the Committee Chair and members, arranging meetings as required; preparing documents and writing minutes.
Secretary to the Fundraising Sub-Committee; liaising with and assisting the Committee Chair as may be necessary, arranging meetings as required; preparing documents and writing minutes.
Work with the Director and staff on the development of research grants, public outreach and other project applications with a view to helping to secure funding.
Assist with events and their marketing, including research seminars and workshops, and the organisations conferences as may be appropriate.
Interact with other staff members and fellows as part of a small but busy team and lend a hand in other tasks as required (e.g. receiving visitors to the organisation, covering telephone enquiries when the Office Manager is on leave, generally contributing to the day-to-day administration of the organisation).
What we look for
Demonstrable engagement or communications experience, working with senior level staff, ideally within the NHS or similar organisation.
Excellent written skills.
Available immediately or on a four week notice period (max).
What we offer
Salary: £35,727.13 - £39,199.42.
Can be hybrid or fully remote.
5 days week - 37.5 hours.
