About the Role:

Were on the hunt for a dynamic Project Engineer to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role, you will manage the technical and financial aspects of assigned projects, coordinate testing, and evaluate data to compile reports for submission to clients and regulatory agencies. You will work in a fast-paced environment where collaboration and autonomy are both valued. Your Mission:

Manage and oversee the technical and financial aspects of assigned projects, ensuring successful completion.

Analyze reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, tests, and geologic data to plan and design projects.

Prepare and modify project reports, specifications, plans, testing schedules, and designs.

Monitor construction sites to ensure conformance to engineering test plans, safety standards, and project specifications.

Use engineering software to prepare documents and manage project data.

Collaborate with subcontractors and oversee activities at project sites.

Core Competencies:

Project Management: Ability to manage the technical and financial aspects of engineering projects.

Data Analysis: Expertise in evaluating soil composition, topographical data, and geologic characteristics for project design.

Technical Reporting: Skilled in preparing reports, specifications, and testing schedules.

Engineering Software: Proficiency in using computer-assisted engineering and design tools.

What You Bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering Required.

Master's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering Preferred.

P.E. License Required.

1-4 years of experience in project engineering, with a focus on geotechnical or civil projects.

Engineering Intern (E.I.) Certification and the ability to obtain P.E. licensure within 6 months.

Strong analytical skills and experience with engineering software.

Skills Required:

Project Engineering: Expertise in managing civil and geotechnical engineering projects.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient in analyzing soil and geologic data and preparing project reports.

Engineering Tools: Skilled in using engineering and design software.

Construction Monitoring: Ability to monitor project sites and ensure compliance with engineering standards.

Certifications:

Professional Engineer (P.E.) License Required.

Engineering Intern (E.I.) Certification Preferred.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering Required.

Master's Degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering Preferred.
