Location: Rancho Santa Fe, CA (Remote Option Available After Training)

Requirements:
Active P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license
Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for success
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with both in-person and remote work setups
Location: Our office is located in Rancho Santa Fe, CA. The position offers the opportunity to work remotely after completing initial training.
