Job Duties and Responsibilities

Perform maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting on industrial equipment such as conveyors, boilers, washers, dryers, and more.

Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment functionality.

Perform welding activities including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing.

Conduct boiler chemical testing and make necessary adjustments to maintain proper chemistry levels.

Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and prepare maintenance records.

Monitor, evaluate, and inspect work done by external service providers.

Respond to emergency alarms and resolve any arising maintenance issues.

Ensure safety protocols are followed and perform indoor/outdoor housekeeping duties.

Mentor and provide guidance to Maintenance Technician I team members.

Education Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Minimum of 2 years of experience repairing industrial processing equipment.

Ability to read maintenance literature, blueprints, and diagrams in English.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office for record-keeping.

Boiler operation knowledge and HVAC experience preferred.

Strong welding skills including MIG, TIG, ARC, cutting, and brazing preferred
