Drive successful performance of employees; address performance and ensure employee relations are resolved timely.

Manages, supports and monitors all Home Equity loan processes including processing, underwriting, funding, and member service.

Ensure proper workforce planning and resource planning.

Monitoring SLAs and reporting on productivity, turn times, and volumes to the director.

Working knowledge and understanding of the department budget.

Collaborates with other management team leaders to ensure overall goals are achieved.

Recognizes areas needing improvement and takes appropriate action.

Updates, creates, monitors, and tracks monthly statistical reports to provide to management.

Serve as back up to the Director.

ALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

Bachelors degree in business, finance, or management preferred.

7 years of experience in Real Estate Lending required.

5 years or management experience required.

Extensive knowledge of home lending compliance and regulations.

Working knowledge of Power BI.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

Ability to lead and influence.

Ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to organize and handle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately.
