Summary

We're looking for a dynamic Senior HR Manager to manage and support all aspects of the Human Resources department. In this role, you will ensure we execute our talent strategy and HR processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with business objectives. You'll partner closely with leadership to create an outstanding team member experience across multiple sites.

Who We Are

Industrial Manufacturing Group is the centralized services provider for the portfolio companies of Acuity Capital Group. We provide high-quality support and expertise to drive efficiencies and accelerate growth. The primary office for this role will be at ABC Metals in Indianapolis, IN, but will also include onsite support at other office locations.

What You'll Do

Oversee the full talent acquisition cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.

Drive the implementation of HR processes that create departmental and organizational success.

Manage performance reviews and create systems for continuous improvement.

Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, including OSHA.

Support leadership in handling team member development, needs assessments, and employee relations.

Manage benefits administration, including health, dental, vision, life, and other employee benefits.

Be the liaison between employees and benefit providers to resolve issues.

Foster strong inter-departmental collaboration and provide support in labor negotiations when needed.

Enforce company policies and related documentation, including any disciplinary action.

Provide support and documentation necessary for periodic labor negotiations and formalized grievance procedures.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years experience in Human Resources, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.

Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with organized labor is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

HR Certification(s) preferred.
