Our mission at Rezilient Health is simple: to make access to primary and multispeciality care convenient, timely and seamless. We beam our remote physicians and specialist consults into our world-first CloudClinics to collaborate with an onsite medic during patient appointments. That means a shorter time to diagnosis and more timely treatment for our members, plus a model that actually helps physicians to deliver better care.

Our tech-forward approach streamlines the primary care experience so our doctors have the time to treat our members as a whole person, not just a collection of symptoms. And we’re continuing to add specialty services and technology to offer the most comprehensive, convenient care possible.

Where others started with a legacy services model and slapped technology onto it to say they were tech enabled, we've developed a novel, digital physical infrastructure and built a new service model around it. We've built our scheduling, messaging, and video platform from the ground up to create a model where every touchpoint — even in the CloudClinics — is digitally captured. This means new ways to incorporate AI into care models, and new ways to deliver multiple specialties of clinicians to the same location at the same time, no matter where they are in the world.

In this role, no two days are the same. You’ll have a front-row seat to the inner workings of a high-growth startup, tackling diverse challenges, coordinating important initiatives, and working across teams. If you're someone who’s adaptable, resourceful, and ready to take ownership, this role offers an exciting career path in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Plus, you’ll be part of a forward-thinking company that values innovation and creativity, offering plenty of growth opportunities and a chance to work alongside inspiring leaders.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate complex, ever-changing calendars, ensuring timely scheduling and prioritization of meetings, conference calls, and appointments.

Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the executive team. Partner with the CEO to prioritize and manage emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from executive meetings, board meetings, and other strategic sessions.

Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements both domestic and international.

Assist the CEO in managing high-priority initiatives and strategic projects, ensuring timely completion and tracking deliverables.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on special projects, following up on action items to ensure progress.

Participate in key strategy meetings and contribute insights and recommendations to support decision-making.

Assist in research and analysis to inform the CEO’s thought leadership and business strategy.

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, ideally within a start-up environment (Seed to Series A and beyond)

Proficient in G-Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to create polished communications, presentations and reports.

Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

A proactive problem-solver with the ability to foresee challenges and find effective solutions.

Benefits

This opportunity offers the chance to shape the future of healthcare in a culture where your ideas and contributions have a meaningful impact on the organization's future. You’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative, and diverse team, with competitive compensation and benefits that include generous PTO, paid family leave, comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as stock options.

Rezilient is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or any other legally protected characteristic.
