Responsibilities:

Responsibilities: 

Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. 

Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures at assigned Program in alignment with the overall business strategy. 

Manage daily workflow of the HR Coordinators 

Maintains compliance with Federal, State and local employment laws and regulation. 

Nurture a positive working environment that yields high employee engagement. 

Assist with managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. 

Assess training needs to suggest ongoing development. 

Salary: $95,400 per year

Qualifications:

Qualifications: 

3 years of experience as HR Executive  

Experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Education: 

Degree in Human Resources or related field
