Physician Recruiter - Multiple Specialities 

Position Overview:

Work Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

Primary Location: Remote/Hybrid, Must be willing to travel to Downers Grove one day per week.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do:

The Physician Recruiter is responsible for driving physician recruitment efforts for their respective area which may include various medical specialties and primary care.

Physician Recruiter will work with physician leaders to understand business objectives and build recruitment strategies for designated sectors to align with goals.

This a full cycle Physician Recruitment role is responsible for building a continuous pipeline of candidates by networking and sourcing, interviewing candidates, presenting candidates to physician leadership, following up on the selection, and contracting process, and acting as a liaison through onboarding.

Cultivate and own relationships with medical and operations leadership to gain an understanding of DMG business objective for provider growth. Independently source, screen, interview and present physician candidates for review by the designated medical segment leaders.

Analyzes and designs compensation ranges for each specialty based upon market trends.

Create, initiate, and negotiate Employment Agreement with physician candidates directly.

Develop, implement and manage all methods to generate candidates, including national/local/internet advertising, direct mail, residency programs, local and national physician conferences and educational events

Research databases, social networks, job posting results, referrals and other sources to establish lists of potential candidates.

Provides market insight and knowledge based upon changing market trends among all physician specialties.

Directly calls candidates to inform them of opportunities and to generate interest in openings. Build candidate database for and pipeline for future recruitment needs.

Conducts initial phone screen with physician candidates to evaluate interest, qualifications, and potential fit using behavioral interview questions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience. Experience recruiting physicians or providers across a broad spectrum of medical specialties. Experience working independently in automated talent systems.

Business acumen needed to understand medical segment growth goals and translate into recruitment goals. Strong project management skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates and internal clients across the organization.

Strong marketing and presentation skills, ability to effectively present information in a formal setting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required knowledge of Microsoft office and ATS tools.
