Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. 

Responsibilities:

The Talent Management & Development Manager will lead the build, implementation and management of Southcoast's employee and leadership development initiatives. This role oversees talent management initiatives such as succession planning, talent reviews, internal talent mobility & career pathing. Collaborating with leadership, key stakeholders, HRBPs and the organizational capability team, this role will lead the strategy & hands-on implementation of scalable solutions in all areas of Talent Management. They will define competencies, leverage assessments, build leadership development pathways, support career pathing, and integrate performance management & succession planning for key roles. The leadership journeys implemented will be based on success profiles & leader personas. These programs will drive measurable outcomes which demonstrate improvement in leadership capabilities, deepen employee engagement, reduce controllable turnover & positively impact overall organizational performance. Exemplary communication and an ability to influence organizational decisions will be essential to driving adoption of new programs as they are launched. Candidates for this role must drive significant change in the evolving healthcare industry.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field or equivalent education/experience; Master's Degree and learning certification(s) preferred.

5+ years of hands-on adult learning & development experience in a contemporary learning environment required.

Considerable experience working with diverse types of learners across career stages.

Demonstrated understanding of adult learning and methodologies, instructional design, course and curriculum development and assessment instruments (i.e., 9-Box, HRDQ, 360 feedback tools, assessment centers).

Demonstrate ability to work cross-functionally and navigate a highly matrixed organization.

Successful track record in leading, designing & executing on learning strategy.

Demonstrate ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.

Effective influencer capable of leading change and driving adoption of new practices.

Customer focused with excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills in both virtual and in-person settings.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities dictated by changing business needs & shifts in industry trends.

Pay Range:
