Position Overview:
International has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager-Technical Service Process in our Lisle office!
This position is for a Process Lead for the Tech Service line of business in the Dealer Development Contact Center and will interact with the diagnostic teams.
Responsibilities:
Creating, adjusting, and managing Standard Operating Procedures
Project management of new workstreams
Measuring and improving the efficiency of daily operations
Coordination a large, cross functional group
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 5 years of project/program management experience
OR
Master’s degree
At least 3 years of project/program management experience
OR
At least 7 years of project/program management experience
Additional Requirements:
Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States. Desired Skills:
Strong project management, LEAN / Six Sigma skills
Understanding of process mapping and documentation
Familiar with dealer parts and service operations
Knowledge of International systems including Salesforce, and International 360, Digital Dealer, and On Command Connection (OCC)
