About the Company:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading precision engineering company that specialises in high-quality machining solutions for sectors including aerospace, defence, and motorsport. With a focus on innovation and excellence, the company uses cutting-edge technology and is currently expanding its team. They are looking for a talented and driven 5-Axis CNC Programmer setter to join their workshop and work on state-of-the-art milling machines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Online/Offline programming, setting, and operating 5-axis milling machines.

* Use of CAD/CAM software.

* Using various controls for efficient and precise machining (training provided if you haven't got their controls experience).

* Interpreting detailed engineering drawings and technical specifications.

* Optimising machining processes for improved production and quality.

Requirements:

* Demonstrable experience in 5-axis CNC programming and setting.

* No main controls experience is required, as training can be provided for the right candidate.

* Solid understanding of machining techniques and problem-solving in a high-precision environment.

* Familiarity with CAM software is a plus.
