Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Benefits

This reputable firm of Chartered Accountants & Tax Advisers is seeking a talented and experienced Tax Senior to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Tax Senior to provide exceptional service to a diverse range of clients and further their career in a supportive environment.

Role Overview:

As a Tax Senior, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services. Key responsibilities for the Tax Senior include:

* Managing a portfolio of clients and providing comprehensive tax compliance and advisory support as a Tax Senior.

* Preparing and reviewing complex tax computations and returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.

* Developing tailored tax strategies to optimize clients’ tax positions and ensure compliance with UK tax legislation.

* Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, the Tax Senior will build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service.

* Liaising with HMRC and handling tax inquiries and disputes on behalf of clients as a knowledgeable Tax Senior.

* Supporting and mentoring junior team members, providing guidance and technical expertise in the role of Tax Senior.

What We're Looking For:

* ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with a strong background in tax.

* A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within an accountancy practice, ideally as a Tax Senior.

* In-depth knowledge of UK tax legislation and compliance requirements.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex tax matters clearly to clients.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to work as a Tax Senior.
