We have an exciting opportunity within a continuously growing UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy. They are now looking to take on a BOHS P402, P403 & P404 qualified Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst. You will be joining a friendly team of skilled site staff, working on Healthcare, Local Authority, Industrial, and Commercial sites, ensuring that surveying and analytical services are carried out in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. Consideration will be given to candidates from: Rochdale, Oldham, Stockport, Bury, Blackburn, Burnley, Preston, St Helens, Bolton, Liverpool, Birkenhead, Warrington, Macclesfield, Chester, Crewe, Buxton, Huddersfield, Bradford, Keighley, Leeds, Wakefield.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Will be dual qualified, holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH qualification.
" Well versed in HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Will have experience working as a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
" Excellent time management and communication skills.
" Able to use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.

The Role:
" Undertaking Management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" 4 stage clearances.
" Smoke, leak, background, re-assurance, and personal air testing.
" Bagging and labelling of suspected ACM samples, ensuring to send for analysis.
" Working in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines on a mixed portfolio of sites.
" Using TEAMS / TRACKER to produce detailed reports.
