Job Title: Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.

A nationally recognised and industry leading provider of Asbestos Management services are now seeking to take on a Dual Skilled Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to cover Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing and Healthcare sites across the Midlands region This role would suit someone who is able to hit the ground running, working independently to carry out surveying and analytical duties in line with HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. Our client can offer further training into Project Management roles or cross training into other environmental sectors, alongside a company vehicle, generous holiday allowance, company pension scheme.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent is essential to the role.
" Will have a strong background working within a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy, working hands on as a surveyor / analyst.
" Excellent knowledge of HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Able to confidently use TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Excellent organisational skills.

The Role:
" Working on Commercial, Industrial, Social Housing and Healthcare sites.
" Carrying out management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys.
" 4 stage clearance, smoke, leak, background, reassurance, re-occupation and personal air testing.
" Sampling of suspected ACMs, ensuring to bag safely and label correctly prior to sending for analysis.
" Carrying out visual inspections.
" Producing certificates of re-occupation.
" Carrying out auditing of contractors on site.
" Using industry recognised systems to produce detailed reports (TEAMS/ TRACKER)
" Ensuring to work in line with relevant HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines.
" Continuing to build professional relationships with clients.
