Your day might start by travelling to one of our various locations, ensuring that all designated areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained. You’ll oversee the upkeep of communal spaces, liaise with contractors for necessary repairs, and respond promptly to any urgent issues.
As an Estate Services Cover Caretaker, you’ll be at the heart of maintaining the appearance and safety of our estates. Working closely with other team members, you’ll provide support and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard. Your role will also involve identifying areas for improvement and proactively addressing any concerns that arise.
You’re organised, proactive, and committed to delivering a high-quality service. You thrive in a role that requires flexibility and quick problem-solving. Your ability to work independently and efficiently, combined with your experience in caretaking and gardening, makes you an ideal fit for this position. We are recruiting for 2 positions.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
* Hold a full UK driving licence.
* Have experience in caretaking and gardening.
* Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
