We are currently recruiting for an experienced Caretaker with Estate Services experience to work for a large housing association..Ideal candidate will have a high level of cleaning. This position is for a high-profile site in Cockfosters close to Cockfosters underground station.

We are looking for someone with good experience of caretaking including all normal cleaning aspects.

Must also be willing to work outside ie litter picking / Sweeping leaves & underground car park sweeping.

This is a lovely site and the position has the potential to be long term position for the right candidate.

Must be able to deal with contractors and have a can-do attitude and be able to deal with residents.

Must have basic IT skills and a good phone manner.

Must be able to work alone, there is another caretaker onsite who has separate duties, but maybe required to assist colleague with duties, so must be able to work within a team
