Tech-People is a very successful M & E (Mechanical and Electrical) recruitment company, which specialize in both contract and permanent positions. At the moment the construction/ engineering sector is experiencing exceptional growth and we are looking to capitalize on this by expanding our team.

The Role

You will put on an extensive 1-2-1 recruitment training programme, which will turn you into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant, giving you all the skills necessary to maximize your recruitment career and earnings potential. Once you have proven yourself as a Recruitment Consultant, there is a clear career path into recruitment man management, should you chose that route.

To be successful as a Recruitment Consultant, background is not as important as attitude, plus a proven track record of success and progression in life.

What is in it for you.

Competitive basic salary. £18000-£25000.
Realistic first year earnings £30k+
Uncapped earnings, OTE is £40k plus
Progression into a supervisory role.At Tech-People, work life balance is incredibly important to us, so to support this ethos; the office hours are 8.30am-3.00pm Monday to Thurday and 8.30am to 1.00pm Friday.
