Are you ready to propel a business strategy forward? I am seeking a passionate Business Development Manager to join our team at our London headquarters! In this exciting role, you’ll focus on driving sales activities and nurturing business relationships that enhance profitability and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Pipeline Management: Identify and manage our existing sales pipeline while uncovering new business development opportunities.

* Innovative Proposals: Design and implement compelling marketing and sales proposals that open doors to new possibilities.

* Customer-Centric Approach: Identify trends and respond effectively to customer needs, ensuring tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction.

* Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with stores and the call centre to maximize business development from inbound inquiries.

* Research & Growth: Continuously develop a list of potential Regional National Accounts through market research and available databases.

* Key Account Management: Oversee key national accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction through regular engagement and relationship-building.

* Network Building: Cultivate relationships with local Chambers of Commerce to expand our business development reach.

* Strategic Insights: Monitor industry trends and customer drivers, collaborating with managers and stakeholders to refine our strategy.

* Communication & Liaison: Engage with regional and area managers to address issues and capitalize on sales opportunities.

To Succeed in This Role, You Should Have:

* Proven B2B and B2C sales experience in a multi-site retail environment.

* A flair for new business development, with a track record of building and managing a robust contact list to maximize sales opportunities.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Familiarity with effective sales techniques and strategies.

* Strong planning, prioritising, and diary management abilities.

* Experience working autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.

* A target-driven mindset, always seeking to explore new opportunities.

* The ability to identify and leverage trends across various industries.

* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with a proactive attitude.

* A valid driving license and access to transportation.
