Are you an Architect / Architectural Technologist with current Building Regulations experience who resides in the South Essex area? If so a small but dynamic Design Practice working on a variety of projects will want to hear from you. You will work on a diverse range of residential, hospitality and industrial projects on the technical aspects of construction.

Duties:

Carry out measured surveys
Carry out technical detailing
Produce feasibility, planning and construction drawings
Prepare tender packages
Produce site plans, street scenes, and 3D CGI's
Attend site visits
Liaise between client, contractor and specialist consultants

Candidate requirements:

A HNC / Level 4 or higher in Architecture or Construction Studies is required
Experience gained in an architectural or design company is essential
Must have a good technical knowledge and understanding of building regulations
Local knowledge of the South Essex area is a must
AutoCAD proficiency is essential
Experience with Sketch-Up and/or Photoshop is advantageous.

Company benefits:

Salary £26,000 - £34,000
Hours 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday
20 days holiday plus bank holidays
