Role and Responsibilities for this Architectural Technologist role:

Developing detailed technical drawings and specifications for various projects using Revit/AutoCAD.
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure the practical implementation of design ideas.
Coordinating project details, ensuring compliance with building regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
Providing technical support and solutions throughout the project lifecycle, from concept to completion.
Managing planning applications, building control, and liaising with local authorities as required.Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:

A degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or a related field.
Proficiency in using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design and modelling software.
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning policies.
Experience in coordinating and producing detailed construction drawings.
