As an ABCF Flexible Team Member you will be responsible for:

Can follow processes and detailed instructions

Are comfortable working a mix of day and night shifts.What we require from the candidate:

Follow technical instructions and operate high-tech robotic machinery
Craft patterns in wax ready for casting
Measure and check blades to ensure they reach our high standards
Gather data using digital apps
Contribute to production plans
Help us find ways to improve our processes and reduce costs
