Project Planning: Collaborate with our project management and engineering teams to provide cost input during project planning and development stages.
Budget Management: Support the project team in monitoring project budgets, providing timely cost reports, and recommending cost-saving measures without compromising safety and quality.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction methods to enhance estimating accuracy and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: Ideally some experience as an Estimator or Sales candidate in the construction industry, with a focus on highways or civils sector - (this is negotiable!)
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and mathematical abilities
Team Player: A collaborative approach to work, with the ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.
