Administration Assistant
Location: Sheffield, S4 7YA
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Benefits
Contract: Full-time, permanent (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)

We’re Monaghans Ltd, a leading multi-disciplinary building consultancy, and we’re seeking a strong Office Administrator to support our team in delivering high-quality services to clients across the UK.
With offices in London, Sheffield, Manchester, and Leeds, we offer a diverse range of projects, providing an exciting opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow.
Whether you're passionate about property, health and safety, or consultancy, we’re looking for someone keen to develop their career in these areas!
What you’ll be doing:
* Providing essential admin support to our Health and Safety (H&S) team
* Managing documents and preparing H&S reports based on templates
* Updating project trackers and maintaining records using MS Excel
* Assisting with data entry on client portals and coordinating with stakeholders
* Supporting day-to-day activities of the H&S team
What we’re looking for:
* Previous administration experience – whether from an office role or similar background
* A proactive, “can-do” attitude with strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Interest in property, health and safety, or building consultancy is a plus!
