Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: South West London
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Company Overview:
Join a leading residential developer based in the vibrant area of South West London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to be part of a company renowned for its high-quality projects and innovative approach to residential development.

Role Overview:
As an HR Advisor, you will be a key member of the HR team, providing comprehensive HR support across the business. You will work closely with managers and employees, handling a wide range of HR functions, from employee relations and recruitment to policy development and HR projects. This role is ideal for an individual who is proactive, people-focused, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations Case Management - proactively advising and supporting Line Managers regarding ER employment issues such as sickness absence, performance management etc.
Carrying out case reviews assessing risk and advising accordingly. Identify and escalate high risk issues to Head of People and key stakeholders
Provide timely and accurate advice to line managers in get involved in the ER process, procedures, policy and employment law risk. Provide advice, support and development to increase line manager competence, professionalism and consistency of approach on ER issues, including absence, disciplinary, performance and grievance
Support restructures, settlements and other business change processes with people impact
Support with People Policy development and tools particularly in the areas of employee relations, performance and recruitment.Key Requirements:

The role will require travel around multiple sites within London. Due to the customer facing nature of the role, home working, whilst this is supported within our commitment to collaborative inclusive working, will be limited and informally arranged.
CIPD qualified (ER specific preferred)
Relevant experience either working as an ER advisor / ER case management or generalist HR Advisor role with high level of ER exposure ideally within a commercial environment.Benefits:
