Quantity Surveyor Vacancy
Location - High Wycombe
Salary - £48,000 DOE

We have a new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor for our client in High Wycombe. Our client is a well-established construction company that specialises in projects ranging from turnkey construction of individual high-end zero carbon passive houses to design work on multi-unit social housing Energiesprong Retrofits. This role suits an experienced Quantity Surveyor that is looking for a long-term role as our client prides themselves on long-term development.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities -
- You will be tasked with preparing tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other necessary paperwork. Analyzing and evaluating contractor and subcontractor tenders.
- Ensuring clients expectations are set and met.
- Adhearing to deadlines and overseeing some large projects.
- Site visits to various clients across the UK when needed.
- Ensuring all project activities comply with local and national laws, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
Quantity Surveyor Requirements -
- 2+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- An electrical background would be advantageous.
- Full UK Driving License.
