Manufacturing Engineer (6 monthTerm Contract)
Location: Gaydon – RLE Office (Hybrid Working)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 6 months
Working Arrangements: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team on a 6 month term contract. Based in Gaydon, this is a hybrid role with an expectation to be onsite 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing setting.
Development and optimization of assembly processes.
Identification and specification of equipment required for production.
Lead process development initiatives to improve efficiency.
Manage relationships with machine manufacturers, ensuring delivery and performance.
Provide build support, including involvement in virtual builds and other build activities.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in process engineering.
Experience in assembly process development and equipment identification.
Strong skills in process development and improvement.
Ability to manage and collaborate with external machine manufacturers.
Familiarity with virtual build environments and build activities.
Additional Information:
Eligibility: Due to the nature of the work, we are only able to consider applicants who do not require visa sponsorship. Any applications requiring sponsorship will be automatically declined.
