As a Service Desk Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for all incoming tickets. Your role will involve initial triage to prioritize and route tickets to the most suitable team or engineer.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in an MSP environment, ideally as a technical support engineer.

A strong technical background to understand complex issues and their implications for both technology and end users.

A proactive approach to root cause analysis and the ability to conduct ticket reviews to provide effective solutions for our clients.

What you will get in return:

A competitive salary between £28,000 and £32,000 per annum.

Up to 12 training days each year, along with regular development reviews to support your professional growth.

A collaborative work environment where your contributions are valued.

This position is based onsite in Edinburgh, requiring a commitment of 5 days a week.
