Contract Support

We are recruiting for a Contract Support role, working in Fareham. The position provides first line support to clients and colleagues, and you will have an administrative background where you have provided excellent customer service.

You will be undertaking a range of contract support duties, including taking calls/ emails regarding maintenance issues, organising sub contractor visits, ordering parts and materials and preparing reports. You will be using the company systems and trackers for POs, WIP, quotes, PPMs, ensuring that all systems are kept up to date.
You will be proactive with strong administration skills, and experience of the Concept and Nav Dynamics systems is desirable.
In addition to working with a growing hard services business, you will receive a competitive salary, 26 days annual leave (plus Bank Holidays), perk box membership, pension and access to fully funded training and development.

Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in data entry and analysis
- Ability to handle phone inquiries with professionalism
- Experience in customer service and administrative tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous experience within Facilities management
