Role Purpose

Are you an experienced procurement professional ready to take full ownership of supply chain performance? We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Lead to join our multi-disciplined Operations team.

As the Procurement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in optimising the company's supply chain, maintaining cost efficiency, and building strong supplier relationships. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will proactively manage purchasing activities, inventory, and supplier performance to meet production and business objectives. Your role will be critical to ensuring smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

* Efficient procurement of components, consumables, and services while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

* Proactively source new suppliers and build relationships at all levels.

* Optimise the supply chain for improved production service and customer satisfaction.

* Lead cost-saving and inventory reduction initiatives.

* Ensure accurate and timely purchase orders are raised using the ERP system.

* Liaise with Sales and Engineering departments to ensure seamless communication.

* Maintain supplier quality standards and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 certification.
