Job Title - Panel Technician
Salary - Negotiable dependant on experience
Location - Coventry
Hours - Mon - Friday 8am - 5pm

Purpose of the Panel Technician role:
Our client is looking for an experienced panel technician to join their team to carry out work on automotive body parts. Working to a high standard and having a keen eye to detail, also carrying out work on electric/hybrid vehicles.

Main duties and responsibilities of a Panel Technician:

MIG and spot welding.
Follow manufactures repair specifications to carry out repairs.
Panel beating techniques.
Panel replacement.
Work closely with other departments to achieve a collective goal.
Light MET.
Embrace manufacture training and development to further enhance your skills.
Aluminium welding.

Experience/knowledge requirements for a Panel Technician:

Excellent team player.
Senior ATA or NVQ Level 3 in Panel.
Jig work.
Strong work ethic.
Bodyshop experience.
Ideally used to working on electric/hybrid vehicles.
Welding certification.
Work is carried out to a high standard first time.
Collaborating with other departments to achieve a common goal.
Follow manufacture repair methods.
