Location: Coventry
Salary: £43,680.00 per annum (Overtime: Time & Quarter after 40 hours, Time & Half on Saturdays)

Job Description:
The client is seeking an experienced Panel Technician to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be skilled, efficient, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment. Experience in vehicle body repair is essential to maintain the productivity and quality that the business is known for. The candidate must be comfortable with various aspects of panel repair and replacement, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
Strip & Fit: Disassembling and reassembling vehicle parts.
Filler Work: Performing body filler repairs to a high standard.
Dent Pulling: Effectively removing dents and ensuring smooth finishes.
Panel Replacement: Replacing damaged panels with precision.
Welding: Carrying out welding tasks to meet repair specifications.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair (We will provide retraining if your qualification has recently expired).
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Own tools are required.
Experience in the industry is a must to maintain our productivity pace.
Hours of Work:
Option 1: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Option 2: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
Benefits:
Competitive salary of £43,680 per annum.
Overtime pay at Time & Quarter after 40 hours.
Time & Half pay on Saturdays.
Yearly pay increases depending on company performance.
