As an LVN in our hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive healthcare with compassion, dignity, and respect. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, you will perform a wide range of patient care activities and support services to ensure the well-being of our patients.

You will need to demonstrate competency in all procedures within your scope of practice, tailoring your care to the unique needs of each patient you serve. Effective communication skills are essential as you collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to provide optimal care.

In addition to providing direct patient care, you will be responsible for accurately documenting nursing interventions and patient responses. You will also ensure the efficient utilization of resources, maintain composure under stress, and actively participate in continuous quality improvement activities.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Vocational Nursing

Licensed by the Texas Board of Licensed Vocational Nurse Examiners

Minimum of one (1) year LVN experience

Current CPR certification
