Express Employment is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Robotic Maintenance Technician for a 1st shift position in Toledo, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing robotic systems used in various manufacturing coating processes, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on robotic systems and equipment

Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with robotic operations and resolve problems efficiently

Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems are functioning correctly

Document maintenance activities accurately and maintain records

Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry regulations

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in robotic maintenance with FANUC experience preferred

Strong understanding of robotic systems, PLCs, and automation technologies

Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostic tools

Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in robotic operations

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to work the 1st shift and adhere to a consistent schedule
