Our client is seeking experienced people from the children's care sector to work as a Team Leader with Children's Residential Care and Support.

* Vocational qualifications and training, funded by the company

* Annual pay reviews and progressive pay as your skills develop

* Enrolment into the company Pension scheme

* Occupational company sick pay scheme

* Enhanced DBS check, paid for by the company

* Generous contribution to early years registered childcare costs

* Referral scheme, earn a bonus by introducing suitable people to work at the company

* Visa Sponsorship to overseas applicants is not available. Right to Work 39 hrs pw in the UK is essential, as is a full UK manual driving licence*

Founded by mental health professionals with decades of effective experience, our client provides residential therapeutic services to teenagers and young adults with a variety of social, psychological, behavioural and mental health challenges.

Therapy is intrinsic to the support offered, and our clients supports a number of conditions including LD, AUTISM, ADHD, ASD, HSB, Self-harm, EUPD and PTSD. Young people in our client's care have had traumatic backgrounds, and they work towards developing and supporting them towards positive outcomes, to live happy and fulfilled lives.
