Location: Bristol

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum

DK Recruitment are seeking a dedicated Repairs Scheduler with experience in Social Housing and Scheduling, including working with NHF SOR codes. This full-time role is based in a newly designed office in central Bristol, offering a competitive salary and attractive benefits such as a company pension, annual leave, and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Schedule appointments with tenants, ensuring accurate use of NHF SOR codes.

* Maintain and update CAFM system.

* Communicate with engineers and handle customer enquiries.

* Ensure work orders meet SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.

Key Requirements:

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

* Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

* Social Housing and Scheduling experience is essential.
