About the Opportunity:
DMI, LLC is seeking a Automotive Project Coordinator to join us for an open ended project. This will be with one of our automotive clients, onsite in Auburn Hills MI.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration and/or coordination of multiple parts and projects.
Compile project status reports, coordinate project schedules, manage and facilitate project meetings, agendas, minutes, correspondence, identifies and resolves technical problems.
Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented appropriately.
Work under general supervision; typically reports to a team lead or supervisor/manager.
Track and analyze multiple types of data.
Charting and reporting data.
Track, chart KPI Targets.
Work directly with manage to track / chart Workorders to ensure on time delivery.
Help order and track departmental inventory for material and consumables.
Utilize and maintain radar charts to identify departmental training progress
Qualifications:
Education and Years of Experience:
3-5 years experience in the automobile manufacturing or a related area
Completed Bachelor's degree
Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:
Demonstrate ability to oversee a small project or phases of a larger project
Demonstrate ability to define and manage scope, timeline, tasks, and guide resource assignments.
Demonstrate ability to lead a team effectively on project objectives and activities.
Microsoft office products, CAD Skills (NX and Teamcenter preferred), Strong problem-solving skills, Effective Communication skill
