As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence and engage with our audience in innovative ways. If you have a passion for social media, brand storytelling, and a keen eye for trends, we want to hear from you!

Role Overview:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a social media strategy that reflects our brand values, promotes our developments, and engages our target audience. You will manage our social media channels, create compelling content, and work closely with our marketing team to drive traffic and generate leads for our new homes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to grow our online presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

* Content Creation: Create and curate engaging, high-quality content including posts, videos, graphics, and blogs that showcase our developments, brand values, and community impact.

* Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid and organic social media campaigns to support marketing initiatives, promotions, and new home launches.

* Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner, fostering a strong community.

* Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize content and grow engagement.

* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.

* Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to enhance our social media presence.

* Brand Advocacy: Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all content aligns with our core values and enhances our reputation.
