Personal Assistant/Secretary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our family run business as a Personal Assistant/Secretary. We are looking to grow our team, if you've got an eye for detail, ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously, then this is the role for you.
The role is full-time, Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, there could also be scope for overtime. You will be working from an office based in Burton-upon-Trent (DE14 Postcode).
The ideal candidate will possess basic computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the company Director in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. (For the business and the family).
* Maintain and organise confidential documents, files, and databases.
* Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating and editing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Person Specifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Good problem solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly motivated with a proactive and self-directed approach.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
