Change Project Manager - 8 month contract - Inside IR35
up to £525 per day
Hybrid role with office in central London - 2/3 days a week onsite.
We are looking for a talented Change Project Manager to lead on a multi department transformation project. Facilitating people, process and system changes.
You will work closely with BA's, Process Analysts and Project Managers to help plan and deliver a large scale multi department major transformation programme.
Key elements of the role detailed below
Ensure effective feedback mechanisms are in place by championing a consultative and partnership approach to the development of plans and implementation of change, and making this approach visible to stakeholders
Create communication plans, developing, initiating and maintaining a constant and differentiated dialogue with all stakeholders using a variety of media to build engagement
Champion the needs and views of key stakeholders involved in the development of new processes, facilities or technologies, including understanding the project from both the client and the end users' points of view by challenging designs to ensure the needs of the programme/project are met
Identify interdependencies between projects and other change initiatives, ensuring stakeholders are consulted and fully engaged and the wider impact of projects and change initiatives are planned for, yielding robust delivery timelines
Identify, assess and monitor risks and impacts associated with change projects, to provide timely interventions and mitigations where needed
Design, lead and document engagement processes and develop a change toolkit that can be used across all relevant projects
Promote and develop sound change management practices and capacity across the organisation to ensure internal capacity to lead major projects grows in scale and resilience
