Infrastructure Team Leader
(Fast track to Infrastructure Operations Manager in 2025)

We are partnered with a leading Law firm seeking an Infrastructure Operations Team Leader to manage and maintain their cloud infrastructure and IT systems. This hybrid role involves overseeing system performance, security, and availability, managing escalated support issues, and leading system updates, backups, and disaster recovery plans. You’ll also manage the IT team’s workload and ensure compliance with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure and servers.(Projects & BAU)

* Oversee network and system security, updates, and disaster recovery.

* Lead escalated IT support and manage third-party calls.

* Guide and assign team tasks, provide monthly activity reports, and improve services.

Skills and Experience:

Experience required in at least 5 areas:

* Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365

* Network security (Checkpoint, VPN, firewalls)

* Network Switches (Extreme)

* Virtualization (MS Azure, Hyper-V)

* VoIP/Teams telephony, backup strategies, ITIL

This hybrid role requires 2 days in the office and offers flexibility with occasional work outside standard hours.
