Job Title: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £13 per hour

Contract: Initially 5 months

Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Overview:
As a Customer Service Advisor at a leading Financial Services provider, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from pension customers, providing excellent customer service, resolving complex queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Good attention to detail
