HGV Technician / HGV Fitter

Starting hour rate of £19.13 per hour + bonuses and overtime.
4 on 4 off shift pattern: 6:00am to 6:00pm.
Great career prospects with a leading dealer group and brand.We are currently seeking a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter on behalf of our Client, an Automotive large franchise approved commercial vehicle dealership based in the Newport area.

The successful HGV Technician / HGV Fitter can expect a salary of up to £40,000 with OTE of circa £42,000 with working hours of 4 on 4 off shift pattern: 6:00am to 6:00pm.

Our Client is looking for a HGV Technician / HGV Fitter to join their busy team, this is a full-time position and our Client is looking for individuals with previous working experience within the role.

Typical Duties of a HGV Technician for our client include, but are not limited to:

Servicing, repair and Maintenance of HGVs
Completion of Job Sheets and Documentation
Liaising with the Service Department and Parts Department
Completion of MOT preparationRequirements of this HGV Technician vacancy:

Previous working experience within the role
Fully qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Excellent mechanical knowledge
