Engineering Manager – Lead, Innovate, Succeed
Location: York | Salary: £55,000 - £60,000
Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 5:00 PM

Are you an experienced Engineering Manager with a hands-on approach to leadership? We are looking for someone who can manage complex engineering projects, lead a small, experienced team effectively, and bring both strategic insight and technical expertise to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Management: Proven ability to manage personnel and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of industry technology, systems (NAV, Tensor, PHR), and processes
Strategic Thinking: A strategic mindset with a strong attention to detail
Team Development: Excellent leadership, team-building, and mentoring abilities
Problem-Solving: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Communication: Proficient in conveying complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Compliance: IOSH/NEBOSH certified with a solid understanding of PUWER regulationsWhat We Offer:
